Herself Maternal Wellness & Fitness LLC provides a nurturing and inclusive environment to empower, educate and support women through every stage of their pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause journey.

 

Our expertly crafted workouts are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual woman, fostering physical strength, bodily awareness, and proactive healing. We are dedicated to promoting safe, effective and functional movement to help women of all ages thrive during these transformative times in their lives.

My wife has been going here for a little while and loves it. When we had a local "friends" birthday party for our 1-year-old, she wanted to do it here. We did so and had some food catered from BORO nearby. The whole event was spectacular! The space was amazing, with a separate area for all the kiddos with full floor-to-ceiling windows so even when hanging outside of that space, you could easily see in. And my wife's community who attended were so warm and welcoming it felt like a family event. If you are considering involving yourself with any of this place's offerings, you cannot go wrong here. Herself Wellness & Fitness is a community cornerstone.

I’m so happy to have found this gym and Chelsea during my recent pregnancy! I did not have access to something like this during my first pregnancy and I can definitely see the difference in my pre- and postnatal fitness this time around. My favorite things about this gym: feeling confident the workouts are appropriate for my stage of pregnancy/postpartum, connection with other moms, class variety, and childcare during workouts!
